Safety & Security
We have a dedicated team of staff working around the clock to ensure all residents are safe. We also implemented a Courtney Thorne call bell. These call points are in every room throughout the facility, ensuring residents, visitors and staff can call for assistance or alert others in case of an emergency. Residents wear a pendant around their neck or their wrists, ensuring that wherever they are in the home, help is never far away.
Cosy Bedrooms
All our bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms with profile beds and televisions. While only certain rooms have showers, our home offers walk-in showers and Parker baths throughout.
Each room is designed with a cosy atmosphere in mind, ensuring a homely feel. We also welcome residents to customise their rooms with their own furniture.
Privacy and dignity are always maintained, underscoring our commitment to your comfort.
Accessibility
We provide suppoprt for all residents with Stannah chairlifts and Evo-lifts for independent access. Communal spaces feature large windows for natural light, creating a warm atmosphere. Outdoor areas are easily accessible with wide doors and ramps. Furthermore, our highly dedicated staff are always on hand to help.
Gardens
We offer enchanting outdoor spaces such as our ‘secret garden’, where you can unwind under our beautiful magnolia tree. Our courtyard is a popular dining spot during summer, perfect for residents to unwind next to our lovely fishpond. There’s also the option to play bowls or indulge in some gardening. Alternatively, you can simply sit back and relax! Regardless of your preferred season, you are sure to enjoy our gardens year-round.
Communal Areas
As well as the privacy of their own rooms, residents can enjoy time in our communal areas. Our lounge is the most popular area which was refurbished in July 2024. We also host film nights and arts and crafts classes in our activities room. We understand some residents enjoy quiet time, we cater to them with smaller areas which overlook our gardens to provide relaxation time.
Catering
We understand home-cooked food holds a special place in all our hearts, which is why we serve freshly prepared meals to our residents. All our produce is locally sourced and we cater to all dietary needs.
We have a 5 star food hygiene rating and have recently been awarded an “Elite Award” for having three or more consecutive 5 star ratings!
